WESTHILL STAY AND PLAY

Make new friends, have fun and see what Ryde School and Westhill Nursery is really like.

We offer a number of ‘Stay & Play’ groups that run weekly during term-time.

These fun groups are open to you and your children under the age of four and children must be accompanied by a parent or carer.

Starlings Stay & Play Roundel
Skylarks Stay & Play Roundel
Woodpeckers Stay & Play Roundel

 

Starlings Stay & Play 0-4 years (Mondays 10 - 11am)

Come along on a Monday with your child to enjoy our beautiful Woodland Playroom and outside play areas. There will be fun activities including some messy play, sand, craft and water.

The Nursery team will welcome you and be able to answer any questions you may have about the Nursery. At the end of the session we always get together for a small snack, story and singing.

 

Skylarks Stay & Play 0-2 years (Wednesdays 10 - 11am)

Come and enjoy all the benefits of early music-making with your child in a fun and friendly setting.  Singing, dancing and playing musical instruments will all be part of this group with refreshments available afterwards.

 

Woodpeckers Stay & Play 1-4 years (Thursdays 1.30pm - 3pm)
Holiday time only when the Nursery is open.

This group will give you and your child a healthy dose of fresh air and the big outdoors as we explore the wider Ryde School grounds, try our hand at some gardening and learn to look after our wonderful world.

Please dress for the weather, bring your wellies, coats and hats!

2024 schedule

All groups meet at Westhill Nursery in West Street and are free to join.

Please just donate £1 per session to cover tea, coffee, and biscuits.
