Forty Year 7s have completed the Sea Safe program run by the Ryde Beach Lifeguards at Sandown.
The day included learning about the dangers of open water, how to survive in emergencies, gaining confidence in the sea and strategies on how to keep yourself safe. Although the water was a little chilly, everyone took to the water like ducks with big smiles on faces. Please stay safe in the water this summer!
