Ryde School celebrates 100 Years!
Happy Centenary Day! Covid was not going to stop us from Celebrating 100 years. Although our original plan included visitors, unveilings, flyovers and a fun ceremony, we did manage a wonderful day full of fun for the pupils.
On Friday April 30th the whole School started the day by dressing up in each of the decades from the 20's to now. We had a wonderful assembly featuring former Head Masters and videos dating back to 1921 that was live-streamed out to our community. The YouTube Live stream had nearly 600 views and everyone took home a commemorative mug, We look forward to more celebratory events in the future, but for now we will just remember the fun we had on Friday.
